The Parade route – starting at 1pm – travels along the full length of Lord Street, finishing at Victoria Park for The Veterans Day celebration. The route is as follows:

Assembly in Knowsley Road
• Leicester Street
• Lord Street
• Duke Street
• Victoria Way
Dispersal into/at Victoria Park

All participating floats and groups in the Parade will be inspected by a respected panel of judges with an outright winner ... Carnival Champion ... being presented with a trophy, courtesy of Champion Newspapers.

The runners-up ... Best Trade, Best Organisation and Best Charity ... will each receive a a special trophy, courtesy of Champion Newspapers.

The presentations will all take place in Victoria Park approximately 30 minutes after the Parade completes it journey.
