We are seeking to recruit full and part-time Support Workers that will
contribute to the day to day activities and be actively involved in all aspects
of service users’ lives. Using the Recovery Model you will support service
users to make informed choices and promote their independence. Your
role will also include undertaking household tasks personal support
planning community activities and administration. You will work on a rota
basis including evenings sleep in duties and weekends.
Ideally you will have a Level 2 in Health and Social Care; if not you will be
expected to work towards this. You will also have excellent communication
skills and be able to work on your own initiative organising and prioritising
your workload accordingly.

• Able to deliver constructive feedback in a positive manner adapting styles to meet
individual learning needs.
