Changing roads talk at library
by Tom Martin

CROSBY library will host a special talk about different road names in the town and how they have changed over the years.

The event will take place on Wednesday, January 20 at 2pm and will see a talk given by John Cochrane called ‘on the street where you live'.

John said: “The talk will focus on the road name changes in Great Crosby and discuss how these place name changes have shaped the area from 1880 to the present day.”

Everybody is welcome and there is no admission charge, however, it is advisable to book a seat, as places are limited.

To book, call Sefton Libraries Information Service on 0151 9345773 or email information.services@sefton.gov.uk.
