require a Cleaner / Facilities Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced
cleaner / Handyperson to join our team within a wellestablished
company that specialises in Student and
The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated,
have great attention to detail with a thorough approach
to work and a high level of output.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Thorough cleaning of communal areas within
residential and student accommodation.
Cleaning up after construction or renovation work.
Cleaning windows, internal and external.
Carry out repair and minor maintenance tasks.
Gardening – Grass cutting and maintenance upkeep.
Litter picking, tidying of outside areas.
Upkeep of inspection log and report any
substantial defects to our surveyor.
Other duties and tasks when required.
