Opening in September 2019 – The Beeches is a new residential and nursing service for people with dementia, set in the parkland of Parkhaven Trust. Using our considerable experience and guidance from the Dementia Design Centre at Stirling University we have designed the building to provide the highest quality environment to cater for the needs of people with dementia. Circadian lighting, acoustic monitoring and electronic care planning have been installed to ensure that people are supported and cared for using the latest technology and to support staff to spend more time with people.
 
 Night Care Workers Salary: up to £14,562 per annum, pro rata – 2 or 3 nights per week (10.5hr shifts) The Trust would welcome applications from professional individuals who are looking for a long term career in Adult Social Care. With a proven record of reliability and excellence, you will be given the opportunity to develop skills and gain further qualifications at level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. Training will be provided to ensure that you are competent in your job role and develop the confidence and skills to further your career. A clear pay structure ensures recognition for those who develop their skills and take responsibility for delivering the best standards of care for service users. You may be required to work across the Trust’s Maghull based services to maintain staff levels and service quality at all times. The Trust offers competitive pay rates and pensions contribution.
