From our original beginnings as the first residential service for people with epilepsy to today’s innovative new service at The Beeches we have continued to develop and provide a range of services from at home care to end of life care. We work hard to maintain high standards and all of our services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission and are rated as “Good”. We encourage family involvement in our services and offer support to family members trying to make sense of the care system and difficult choices that have to be made. A unique feature of Parkhaven Trust is that we offer support from an initial diagnosis of dementia through to support for end of life care. We will be there supporting service users and their families. We employ over 200 staff and are a major employer in the area employing staff as apprentices and staff who have worked with us for over 40 years.  RGN/ RMN’s Nights - THE BEECHES & JAMES PAGE Salary up to £29,680 per annum pro rata - Permanent or Casual, Full or Part-time - up to 35 hours We have positions available for RMN’s to work in our new dementia service and RGN’s to work in James Page Nursing Home. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with Trust procedures and NMC guidelines, ensuring that each service user has an individualized Care Plan. You will lead by example and be a supportive mentor to the established wider team of committed staff. You will be supported by regular supervision and have opportunities for training and continuing professional development
