Description: Retail & Lottery Assistant £19,057 - £22,424 pro rata (Dependant on Experience) 24 hours per week, Permanent Location: Southport, Merseyside As Retail & Lottery Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a diverse range of Income Generation activities within Retail and Lottery, whilst also providing occasional support for the Fundraising Team. Your exceptional administration and organisational skills will aid the smooth running of Retail and Lottery.
Requirements: You will be a great team player, with a positive can-do attitude, and an ability to work flexibly and effectively across the various aspects of your role. You will need to be a confident communicator, as you will be liaising with staff and volunteers of Queenscourt, corporate bodies, members of the public, patients, and their families. You will be a proactive and well-organised team player, with a systematic approach to your work, and excellent attention to detail. You will also have a successful track record of administration within a busy working environment, including previous experience in using bespoke databases, ideally Harlequin.
