Non-Technical Business And Office Manager - Work From Home

Description: We are a small but growing technical consultancy looking for a: Non-technical Business and Office Manager Part-time hours. Schedule to be agreed, flexibility around candidates commitments but with a preference towards significant morning hours. Mostly working from home, via company laptop and phone. Some travel locally for meetings with company personnel. Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a small team essential. 20 hours per week with a possibility of this increasing. £10.38 p/h with 20 days Pro rata holidays.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a proven aptitude for juggling customers and supplier logistics. While our company is small our customers and suppliers are global. Organisational skills are a priority. Effective and confident written and verbal communication is a must. Computer literacy is essential; E.g. Excel, Word, Email, online travel arrangements and instant messaging. A knowledge of either sales or property management would be helpful but not an essential. Alternatively, exposure to the recruitment industry would also be a plus, if focused on technical specialist roles.
