The opening of a new 45 bed Dementia unit with 2 X 15 bed dementia households and a 15 bed dementia intensive EMI nursing unit will create exciting opportunity for staff . This unit has been designed and built in line with Stirling University recommendations for the care of people with Dementia. The building is designed utilising circadian lighting and latest technology including electronic care plans, advised for dementia care. This is a wonderful forward thinking service for individuals who are highly motivated and share our values of dignity and compassion.
 
 RGN / RMN Days or Nights Salary: up to £30,000 per annum pro rata – Full or Part-time We are always looking for good RGNs/RMNs to work at James Page House. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with Trust procedures and NMC guidelines, ensuring that each service user has an individualised Care Plan. You will lead by example and be a supportive mentor to the established wider team of committed professionals. You will be supported by regular supervision and have opportunities for training and continuing professional
