The Beeches is a new residential and nursing service for people with dementia, set in the parkland of Parkhaven Trust. Using our considerable experience and guidance from the Dementia Design Centre at Stirling University we have designed the building to provide the highest quality environment to cater for the needs of people with dementia. Circadian lighting, acoustic monitoring and electronic care planning have been installed to ensure that people are supported and cared for using the latest technology and to support staff to spend more time with people. Offering nutritionally balanced meals and choice to meet the needs of our service users.
 Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager (Registered Mental Health Nurse) Salary from: £30,831 - £32,705 per annum - 35 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager for our new service. This will be a 45 bed Dementia unit with 2 x 15 bed dementia households and a 15 bed EMI nursing unit to be staffed with registered mental health nurses. This unit has been designed and built in line with Stirling University recommendations for the care of people with Dementia. The building is designed utilising circadian lighting and the latest technology including electronic care plans. As the Clinical Lead you would have particular responsibility for the management of behaviour that challenges including the review of care plans and the education of staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting innovative new service. You must be an RMN able to demonstrate excellent understanding of dementia and the ability to motivate staff to develop skills and deliver the highest standards of care. You will be required to participate in some clinical care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC requirements and to monitor best
