 Join us in our continued development and apply for vacancies at The Beeches. The Beeches is a new residential and nursing service for people with dementia, set in the parkland of Parkhaven Trust.
 Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager - THE BEECHES (Registered Mental Health Nurse) Salary from: £30,831 - £32,705 per annum – 35 hours per week Additional hours available, subject to discussion An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager for our new service. This will be a 45 bed Dementia unit with 2 X 15 bed dementia households and a 15 bed EMI nursing unit to be staffed with registered mental health nurses. This unit has been designed and built in line with Stirling University recommendations for the care of people with Dementia and utilises the latest technology including electronic care plans to ensure that staff spend more time with people. As the Clinical Lead you will have responsibility for the management of behaviour that challenges including the review of care plans and the education of staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting innovative new service. You must be an RMN able to demonstrate excellent understanding of dementia and the ability to motivate staff to develop skills and deliver the highest standards of care. You will be required to participate in some clinical care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC requirements and to monitor best practice.
