    Danielle Thompson

A TALENTED young dancer from a Crosby school is appealing for votes to help her to win a nationwide competition.

Holly Martin-Bell, 14, who attends Sacred Heart Catholic College, has reached the finals of Teen Star after she tip toed her way through the initial rounds held recently in Liverpool. She will dance for the judges in the finals this Saturday (July 14), where three winners in each section will be called. Votes from the public will be added to determine the overall winner.

Her mum Marie said: “It is the TeenStar Grand Final this Saturday. Holly will dance and be scored by the judges and three winners in each section will be called.

“They have also made a public vote which opened yesterday, please can readers vote for Holly Marie by texting TEEN58 to 84222. Texts cost £1 plus normal standard rate and close on Friday (July 13).

Together the public and judges score will then determine the overall winner, who will be announced on Tuesday, July 13! Our fingers are crossed!”

Holly has been dancing since the age of two and started off at Shine Theatre School, in Bootle, before attending Aspirations Theatre School, in Crosby.

Some of the venues she's performed at the Liverpool Empire Theatre and Liverpool Echo Arena. Her dream is to one day perform at the West End.
