Test your archery skills with experts
by David Simister

ARCHERY, one of the lesser known Olympic sports that TV coverage brought to public attention, could be the way to unlock your hidden talent.

Burscough Archers are offering people the chance to test their skills on Bank Holiday Monday at Asmall House Livery Stables, on Asmall Lane.

The “have a go” sessions are free and take place between 11am and 3pm. Archery members will be on hand to offer advice.

The recommended age for those wanting to try the sport is 10 years old and upwards, and with the site being wheelchair friendly the craft of archery is accessible to anyone.

For more information about the sessions call Kevin Green on 01704 895764.
