Police hunt for Bickerstaffe motorway flasher

WEST Lancashire police officers are looking for a flasher who exposed himself while standing on a bridge above a busy motorway in Bickerstaffe.

Lancashire Constabulary confirmed they were investigating reports that a man stood on the bridge carrying Church Road over the M58, and performed an indecent act in full view of the motorway traffic passing below. The incident is understood to have taken place at 11.05am last Saturday (November 3).

The man involved is described as white skinned, wearing black and white cycle helmet, black cycle trousers and a green cycling jacket.
