Body found in Waterloo

THE BODY of woman in her thirties has been found at a home on St John’s Road in Waterloo.

Merseyside police detectives are not treating her death as suspicious and her next of kin have been informed.

The woman's body was found at around 1.10pm on Wednesday October 30 by emergency services following a concern for safety call.

At this time the death is being treated as unexplained and a file is being prepared for the Sefton coroner.

A post-mortem is to be conducted this evening to establish the cause of death.

Anyone with information is asked to call Merseyside Police on 101.
