National Theatre streaming among highlights of venue's Spring Season

THE National Theatre Live streaming of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is among the highlights of Parbold Picture House’s spring season.

The Olivier-award winning play based on the best-selling novel by Mark Haddon and adapted by Simon Stephens will be shown on Tuesday, May 27.

People can watch Le Week-End this Sunday (May 11) at 7pm. It is directed by Roger Michell, written by Hanif Kureishi and starring: Jim Broadbent, Lindsay Duncan, and Jeff Goldblum. A funny poignant story about love, commitment, youthful fearlessness, and idealism comes out of a couple’s celebration of their wedding anniversary in Paris.

On Sunday, May 25 at 7pm 12 Years a Slave will be shown. The film is directed by Steve McQueen, produced by Brad Pitt and stars Chiwetel Eliofor, Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt. The film, which won the Best Film award at this year’s Oscars, is the true story of Solomon Northrup’s fight for survival and freedom in pre-civil war America.

There is a chance to watch The Wolf of Wall Street on Sunday, June 8 at 7pm. The film directed by Martin Scorsese is the true story of the rise of New York stock-broker, Jordan Belfort, for whom more was never enough.
