ANOTHER two people have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder after a teenager was stabbed and killed in Litherland in April.
Officers arrested a 19 year-old woman and a 20 year-old man from the Litherland area on Tuesday, June 2 and both have been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
Kyle Whitley, who was 18 years old, was stabbed in the chest on Vincent Road on Monday, April 13, which was Easter Monday.
Three people previously arrested in connection with the murder have also been released on conditional bail.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “We are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident, which took place on Vincent Road, at 2.30pm, to contact detectives as they may have information which is vital to the investigation.
