A CHARITY which provides respite holidays for disabled people and their carers have teamed up with a travel agency – who will donate 5% of the price of holidays to them.
Revitalise, who run the Sandpipers Centre on the Fairway, have partnered with Charitable Travel, a social enterprise and travel agency specialising in travel expertise and holiday organisation.
Andy Simons, director of marketing and fundraising at Revitalise, said: “We’re so excited to join forces with Charitable Travel to raise funds to help support disabled people. Here at Revitalise, we create respite breaks filled with entertainment and new experiences backed up by 24-hour nurse led care and full accessibility. Now you can book your next holiday while at the same time helping someone else to get a well-deserved break.”
Melissa Tilling, Chief Executive of Charitable Travel said: “We are a fully financially protected and expert travel agent, and work with over 160 ATOL tour operators to offer you an incredible range of holiday options worldwide and superb value for money. I urge you, when you’re thinking about your next holiday, to give us a call, try our service and prices. If you go ahead and book, 5% of your holiday price becomes a donation to help the great work of Revitalise. The best part is helping the charity doesn’t cost you any extra money!”
