Woman, 35, arrested for ‘outraging public decency’

A BOOTLE woman was charged with outraging public decency. after several videos were  widely shared on social media showing two people having sex in Liverpool City Centre in front of shocked passers-by.

Following the incident, Merseyside Police arrested Kelly Cousins, 35, of Merton Street, Bootle. She was bailed with conditions not to enter Liverpool City Centre and will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 20. 

Enquiries remain ongoing to identify the male in the video and anyone with any further information is asked to contact police.
