A MEN’S mental health charity in south Sefton has been given a cash boost to help its services.
Sean’s Place, in Bootle, received a donation of £300 from housebuilder David Wilson Homes.
The charity aims to improve men’s mental health and well-being across Sefton and Liverpool through sessions identified to improve confidence and self-esteem for men.
The sessions are targeted to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. David Wilson Homes’ contribution will go towards the workshops provided to encourage men to talk about their mental health in a supportive network of those in similar situations.
